All courses are half-day seminars (4 hours) with an option to have an additional session of 2 hours for practical application sessions with your team members to put your knowledge to practice!

Leadership Skills - Help existing and aspiring leaders learn some of the skills that they can develop to be good leaders not only in your organization, but overall, with examples from the Prophet (SAW) and the khulafaa (caliphs)

Communications - Learn how to promote communications within your organization to improve efficiency and minimize potential conflict.  Interpersonal and cultural considerations will be discussed

Strategic Planning - Learn the value of long-term planning and work with your team to establish a mission, vision, and objectives for your organization

Motivating Others – Identify tips to involve volunteers, employees, and other stakeholders that are associated with your organization

Financial Management – Learn the necessary arts of budgeting, fundraising, cost management, and tax management to make the most use of your organization’s funds
